3. Risk-Free Sandbox & Testnet Testing Environment

  • Zero-Value Framework: All practical interactions, wallet configurations, faucet funding requests, and smart contract executions taught or simulated on this Platform are executed strictly within public, zero-value Test Networks (Testnets), such as the Ethereum Sepolia network.

  • Asset Separability: Testnet tokens, test-Ether, and training certificates minted on this Platform possess zero real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or converted into real fiat currencies or mainnet assets.

  • User Financial Liability: We3volution accepts no liability for users who mistakenly route real financial capital or mainnet digital assets into testnet coordinates or uninsulated software extensions.

4. Website Access, Use and Eligibility

  • Access: The course is available globally to users who enroll and provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining a secure internet connection and device. Sharing login details is prohibited. You are liable for activities under your account.

  • ​Use: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any linked assets (e.g., wallet passphrase). 

  • Eligibility: You must comply with local laws (e.g., UK FCA rules, U.S. SEC/IRS regulations, or other jurisdictions’ laws) to participate. We may restrict access where prohibited by law.

5. Regional Regulatory Compliance & Warranties

  • United Kingdom (UK): This Platform is designed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and operates completely outside the perimeter of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). Because we do not offer financial products or regulated investments, we are not regulated or authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

  • United States (USA): In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) frameworks, this Platform explicitly states that no investment opportunities, promotional trading yields, or asset performance metrics are offered or implied.

​To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We3volution, its founders, and its education team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, or data breaches resulting from your use of the Platform, interaction with third-party software (such as MetaMask), or actions taken by third-party bad actors (such as phishing links or social engineering scams) outside our direct domain servers.
