Because our practical training is executed inside simulated, zero-value public Testnet sandboxes, we do not collect financial bank account details, credit card numbers, or real cryptographic asset private keys. We restrict data collection to the absolute minimum required to manage your educational enrollment:

• Identity & Account Logs: Your name and email address when you register for a free account or sign up to our newsletter.

• Public Sandbox Credentials: Your public wallet address string (e.g., your public 0x... MetaMask coordinate) if you choose to interact with our mock graduation NFT minting contract. We have zero visibility into your private key or seed phrase.

• Technical Identifiers: Your IP address, local device type, and generalized location data captured via our essential site logs.

3: Third-Party Smart Contract Interactions

When you participate in minting your Level 1 Graduation NFT - our Platform routes your interaction through a secure third-party smart contract infrastructure provider (NFTs2.me).

• No Central Database Storage: Your public wallet address string (e.g., your public 0x... MetaMask coordinate) is processed directly on the public distributed ledger via your browser extension.

• Data Isolation: We3volution does not collect, log, or store your digital wallet address or transaction history inside our proprietary Web2 databases. Your interaction with the smart contract is governed entirely by the immutable protocols of the public blockchain and the infrastructure parameters of NFTs2.me.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing (UK & EU GDPR Compliance)

Under Article 6 of the GDPR, we process your personal data only under the following strict legal justifications: 

• Consent: You have granted explicit permission by actively filling in our course registration form or requesting an onboarding newsletter.

• Legitimate Interests: Necessary to maintain site security, detect bot-driven abuse, monitor technical errors, and optimize our civic literacy materials.

 

5. Data Sharing and Retention Schedules

• No Commercial Data Monetization: We3volution will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal details, email addresses, or wallet history to corporate marketing firms or third-party advertisers.

• Third-Party Infrastructure Processors: Data may be routed through encrypted, certified cloud service infrastructure (such as Wix or secure email delivery systems) strictly to maintain page uptime and account delivery.

• Storage Limitations: We retain your account information only as long as your educational profile remains active. You can request the complete and immediate erasure of your profile and data trail at any time.

 

6. International Data Transfers & Safety Measures

As a global digital academy, data may be processed across secure servers located in the UK, European Economic Area (EEA), and the United States. Where cross-border data routing occurs, we deploy strict standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and advanced transport layer security (TLS) encryption to insulate user records from external unauthorized surveillance.

 

7. Your Global Privacy Rights

No matter your location, We3volution honors comprehensive data protection frameworks. Under the UK/EU GDPR and matching international state parameters, you possess the following unalterable legal rights: 

• The Right of Access: To request a free digital copy of all personal information we hold about you.

• The Right to Rectification: To instruct us to correct inaccurate account fields or misspelled names immediately.

• The Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): To demand the permanent destruction of your account profile and matching data entries from our servers.

• The Right to Object/Restrict: To immediately opt-out of our newsletter updates or object to non-essential server tracking metrics.
